ASTEPRO 0.15%—the Earlier the Better

Proven Efficacy
Used once-daily, ASTEPRO 0.15% relieves seasonal allergic rhinitis (SAR) symptoms, including nasal congestion—without an added decongestant1,2

  • Results of a 2-week, placebo-controlled, double-blind study that compared ASTEPRO 0.15%, 2 sprays per nostril once daily, with placebo in patients with SAR
  • The primary efficacy variable was the change from baseline in the 12-hour reflective Total Nasal Symptom Score (TNSS) over the entire 2 weeks of treatment
  • TNSS consisted of nasal congestion, itchy nose, runny nose, and sneezing, scored on a 4-point (0–3) scale such that the maximum daily score was 24
  • Change in TNSS from baseline for ASTEPRO 0.15% was -3.3 and -1.9 for placebo (P-value<.001)

  • ASTEPRO 0.15% also provides significant improvements with twice-daily dosing for patients with perennial allergic rhinitis vs placebo (P=.03)1
  • Works in as early as 30 to 45 minutes3,4
    • In 2 placebo-controlled SAR studies (N=1143), ASTEPRO 0.15% (2 sprays per nostril) relieved allergic rhinitis symptoms in as early as 30 to 45 minutes, and the effect remained durable over the 4-hour assessment period
